Mr. Archer graduated from McMurry University in Texas with a BS in Multidisciplinary Studies & General Business, with a major in Education. He is a Qualified teacher. He then received his BBA in General Business and Business Administration from The University of Central Oklahoma in 2002. In 2005 he received his law degree (JD) from Barry University and promptly joined The Florida Bar.

An avid motorcyclist, he is a Life Member of ABATE (a national organization that promotes safety and biker rights.) In addition to his training and experience as an attorney, Mr. Archer is also a licensed mental health counselor. He is admitted to practice before all Florida Courts and is admitted to the U.S. District Court (federal) for the Middle District of Florida. He is the only attorney in Central Florida admitted to practice before the judicial council of the Choctaw Indian Nation. He is a strong 2nd Amendment proponent and a Life Member of the NRA. He has handled criminal cases in the Central Florida area for over 20 years. He has been a Teen Court Judge for 19 years, and away from the Courthouse, he is a dedicated father, and an ordained deacon in his church. He brings a real breadth of experience to our team.
